WORKSHOP 1

UNDERSTANDING THE NEW EFQM MODEL

Following on from the launch of the new EFQM Model on Day 1 of the Forum, this workshop, via a mixture of presentation and table discussions will provide attendees with an early opportunity to explore in greater detail the logic and content of the new Model. Participants will be able to compare and contrast the new Model with the 2013 version, hear from members of the Core Team responsible for creating the new Model as well as representatives from organisations involved in the Co-Development testing phase. There will also be a Q&A session.

WORKSHOP 2

THE LAUNCH OF EFQM’s INNOVATION LENS

In cooperation with the Centre for Competitiveness, (EFQM’s Partner in Ireland), the Foundation is pleased to introduce the first of a series of Lens based on the new EFQM Model.  This workshop will give participants an overview of the Innovation Lens and the assessment process that underpins it, including the opportunity to secure external recognition. The workshop will include the chance to experience an extract from the Case Study used on the Innovation Lens training programme and to hear from someone who has practical experience of going through the process, i.e. completing the diagnostic, developing an Innovation Strategy and applying for Recognition.

WORKSHOP 3

CIRCULAR ECONOMY LENS

In cooperation with Laatukesksus, the Foundation is pleased to announce that the second Lens, based on the new EFQM Model to be produced will be focussing on the Circular Economy, (launched in Q2/2020).  Participants to this interactive workshop will have the opportunity to better understand the philosophy behind Circular Economy thinking and, using their own experiences explore together what a Circular Economy Lens based on the EFQM Model must contain if it is to be successful.

WORKSHOP 4
