The registration fees below are excluding Finnish taxes (VAT). The VAT will automatically be added on the registration where applicable. Once your registration is submitted, you will receive your confirmation, proforma invoice and a QR code that will be scanned at the entrance of the Forum.

CHECK-IN ON SITE AT THE EFQM FORUM
The registration counters will be located in the entrance of the plenary room in the Clarion Hotel. Registration opening hours are:
- October 22, 2019 – 16.00 – 18.00
- October 23, 2019 – 08.00 – 17.00
- October 24, 2019 – 08.00 – 16.30
Named badges will be handed over to you at the registration counter together with the event information. All participants are requested to wear the Forum badges on all Forum occasions.
By completing the registration form you have read and accept the booking conditions and the cancellation / alteration policies of AIM Group International.

Payment instructions (credit card/bank transfer)
All payments must be made in EUR either by bank transfer or credit card. No other type of payment will be accepted.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
Please note that all transfer charges must be paid by the participant. Please indicate your name, your registration number and the purpose of your payment in the message field on the bank transfer, so that the money can be assigned.
Bank Transfer Payments for Registrations will only be accepted if initiated before 1st October 2019. After this deadline only credit card payments will be accepted. Please transfer the full amount (including bank service charge).

Terms and Conditions
EFQM Forum Cancellation and Alteration Policies
All cancellations or changes must be made in written form, via letter, fax or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Only written cancellations and changes will be accepted. Please note that all refunds will only be issued after the congress. Changes or substitutes (replacements) are welcomed at the administration cost of € 25.00.
Conditions for registration
- Registration Cancellation on or before 18th July: 25% of registration fee
- Registration Cancellation 19th July and 29th August: 50% of registration fee
- Registration Cancellation after 29th August: 100% of registration fee
Please send your full bank account details together with the cancellation. All refunds will be processed within one month after the EFQM Forum. The Organisers retain the right to change the programme should urgent circumstances dictate.
For reasons beyond its control (such as war, strikes, lockouts, riots or any such civil disturbances, any acts of God, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, droughts and typhoons) and any other cause of circumstance of whatsoever nature beyond its control that have an impact on the arrangements, timetables or planning of the EFQM Forum and its corresponding activities in Helsinki, Finland, the EFQM Forum has the right to immediately alter or cancel the activities or events or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly thereto. No party involved shall be entitled to any compensation for damages that result from such alteration or cancellation.
Liability & Data Protection
AIM Group International acts as an agent and can not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property, whatever the cause may be. Liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Helsinki. We kindly ask you to authorize AIM by your signature to use all registration data given by this form for a computerized handling on the Forum. Please note that you are responsible for your own visa arrangement, but we are happy to assist and provide an official invitation letter.
